Effective May 1, 2020, there will be changes to the West Coast sales strategy.

Dale Poeta will become the West Coast Regional Sales Manager for Cogsdill. The areas of responsibility will include California, Arizona, Nevada, and Utah. His main focus will be supporting Kenbil Engineering, Cogsdill’s manufacturer’s representative, and authorized distributors in the region. He will be making quarterly trips to the west coast in addition to his current Special Quotations / Applications Specialist position at Cogsdill. Dale is a 42 year Cogsdill employee with machining, inspection, and customer service experience.

Mike Branham will become the Puget Sound Regional Sales Manager. The areas of responsibility will include Washington, Oregon, Idaho, and Montana. Mike will support our authorized distributors in the region. He will also be making quarterly trips to the region in additional to his current CSR and ZX Applications / Technical Support position at Cogsdill. Mike is 30 year Cogsdill employee with a background in machining and customer service experience.

Fifi Jordan will become the Customer Service Leader. Fifi is a 27 year Cogsdill employee, all of which have been with customer service in numerous capacities. She currently is the Ohio, Michigan, and international CSR.

Stuart White will begin weekly training with the regional sales managers, which includes trips to the respective regions. He will also oversee all aspects of the CX machine product line and additional projects at Cogsdill.
